I have been looking everywhere on how to make a simple layout(neopets if you know what that is) and it isn't working well.The part i get lost at is Making the blog boxes.And after that how do you have a title.Waaaa!HELP PLEASE!

Well I'm confused, like a layout for your user lookup? Your guild?
Also this would go in the Neopets forum :P
What I do is go to my photo editor, make a layout, than place the objects with DIVs.

No matter what i do though my bacjkground won't show only place your text here.
