Of couse i will be adding my own background etc etc etc but i really like the way she has done her layout

DIV Overlay, not that hard...first you'll need to delete all the content from your page.
This is an example of a simple DIV Overlay:

Put this in Who I'd Like to Meet

<div class="content" style="position: absolute; left:0px; top:0px; width:000px; height:000px; overflow: auto;"><center>
Content of your profile here
</div>

Just fix the width and hiegth to what you want the overlay box to be.
And place this box after you've deleted all other profile content.
This code will not cover up the ad's because that is not allowed. Put your CSS stylesheet in the about me section.
