how do i do it? I have the files, but i dont know where to put them

Put them into this folder:

C:/Program Files/Jasc Software Inc/Paint Shop Pro/Brushes

It might not be exactly like that, but it will be quite similar. You might have to restart the program/computer for them to show up in PSP
