I followed this tutorial to make an overlay:

I used image ready, made a 800 x 600 overlay and saved it as an html.

The tutorial doesnt have a part two, so I didn't know where to go from there, so i looked at the tutorial on myspaceprodesigns.com, and only got this far:

and my page looks like this:

How do i apply the html file i made with image ready to my page?
If anyone has any tutorials or can tell me how, it would be greatly appreciated.
