does anyone know how you can get a personalized icon next to the text in the favorites menu when someone adds your site to favorites for free, and if u do wots the HTML for applying it.

The default for IE is a white paper with the blue E but like this actual site, if you add it to favorites u get this pink butterfly thingy icon next to the text.

Is it possible?!?
