what is a vector? Where are some good tutorial sites? What is the best program to make it?

lol the people that reply to those posts told them to find those tutorial on google. I know I can get some on google or yahoo but I want to know what is the good tutorial, I've been looking for tutorial for days on those search engine and it gives me all the one that's not really good.

www.blessed.nu has an "psp vector tutorial" online if you are using PSP. Otherwise, it shouldnt' be hard to find any with google.com if you have photoshop because there are tons of them.

If you want vector tutorials I have an easy one here. It's not really vector but it looks like one and is easier to make.

I've used it before, it works pretty well but it depends on the picture itself. You might want to change the settings a little though.
