I know you guys might get this question alot but is there a tutorial on how to code web layouts?

I don't know but I suggest once you figure out how you want it coded. (CSS, PHP, XHTML, etc) than read and follow the those tutorials on how to make a page. With of course checking to see how it looks along the way.

Yes but how would i upload the layout image on a webpage?

Useing your file manager you upload into the directory and then link the image in your selected code.

I have Filezilla but have no idea how to work it lol

I've never used it. It should have something about uploads in the help or FAQ's.
