So I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to get yourself "unlisted" from google and other search engines? This seems silly, but I have such an uncommon name "Elysia" that my site "irishelysia.net" is only the 7th or so result when you search for my name on google. I kind of don't like this, just for various safety/privacy reasons....any ideas of how i can get myself off of google???

You should read the book "Google hacking" for info on how to remove you page from google, as well as how to do other things on google.

My mom picked the book up from the library the other day, and it was interesting browsing through it :)
