i use geocities, and the frames basicly work... this is more of a problem of appearance and details really... But anyway, in between the frames there's like a white bar thing that you can drag from left to right (and it basicly resizes the frames) anyone know how to get rid of it? it's really annoying

are you using PageBuilder? if so, then you have to switch to the advanced editor. frames do not work with any basic/WYSIWYG editors. however, the pages that get displayed inside the iframes, every page other than the one with the frameset code on it, can be created however you want.

of course there's another way, many newbies just find it easier to use the geocities editor though. you can create the frameset page using a plain text editor on your computer, such as Notepad (comes with Windows), save it as an .html file, then upload it to geocities.
