Hey I'm really new to html, so please explain in really simple terms if you can help! I want to put a fixed navigation bar on the left hand side of all my pages - like lissas site, but don't know how to go about it:S do i need to use frames? or is there another way to go about it? please help me, its driving me crazy!

Ye i read ur post thanks! I really wanted 2 find a way to go about it without having to use frames though if possible. Hows it done on Lissas site? It says something about a ginat table but I dunno - tis way over my head!

Its just a 2 celled table with the width and height set to 100% :)
