In the United States there are publically owned colleges. Like, the University of Alabama is owned by the state of Alabama. Back when I was little and skinny and modeled for gapKids, I went to a private Catholic school (although no one in my family is Catholic XD). But then stuff happened between me and someone else, and I was kicked out. :buckt: I wanted to go and finish out my high school career at a good private school, but meh parents said no after a rather heated argument. -_- But, public high school is fine.
