I know this might seem crazy but I am sooooo happy to be going back to collage... I want to share something with everyone. Use your talents and don't be affraid to talk about something with a perfect stranger. A month or two ago I was at work at my little coffee shop and this guy came in and started talking to me. He mentioned that his computer was not conecting to our wireless internet and I offered to help him. After I got that to work I started to tell him about my webdesign and graphic design experience and he then told me that he was on the board at a very big collage out here and that I should apply. After talking with this stranger for about an hour or two at work I walked away with a $2000 website deal and since he is on the board at this collage all I have to do is pass a test and I'm in.

I'm going to major in business and Web/Graphic Design :)

Sorry I just felt like telling everyone this cause i'm in the best moooooood in the world right now :D

Yep lol study, study, study!!!! I'll pass it though i'm just so happy to be going back to school. It's crazy because in high school i hated going or being at school but now I just can't wait to go back into it lol

I got ym webdesign mark back, but i cant access it cause my schools login system is stupid and wont let me check it cause of permissions or something. either way.

CONGRATS MAN!!! I am sure you will agree with me, This is the best decision you have ever made :), and it iwll be tough, (i know i have been througha few of the school years already), but if you stick it through, i am sure you will be happy with the outcome :).

wow what an opportunity, hopefully iw ill be going to uni in september im sick of sixth form. i need a change of scenery.
congrats. its strange as you get older you start to appreciate things more. my dad for example he didnt like school when he was younger but now he wants to learn all these things he wished he could have learned when he was younger.

Ack, I read this thread but forgot to reply (I know it's old! :blush: )!! Congrats Rodney, you've probably already taken the test, but I hope it went well! I'm struggling through college right now because I haaate school, but I think that it is all worth it in the end! :)

I can't wait to go to College, I do a one day a week course there in ECDL (i'm 14 so thats good) But I have another 15 months until I can go. I plan on majoring in Web Development/Design and programming :D
