My goal is to expand my Resume to include various other things. Flash has been on my "To Do" list for a LONG time, but i've never had the time to look into it.

I would like to know if anyone knows of a good site with tutorials and a very NEWBIE FRIENDLY layout/design that can take someone like me (who has no experience in the flash world) to being a Flash Wiz.
