I am really fustrated with my browser at the moment..

When i'm making webpages offline and preview them in my browers i get borken images (when i know for a fact they're not broken) and when i set the frame borders to 0 it still shows up but when i upload everything and look at it online it's how it should look..

I don't get it? Why won't my browser show my pics and fames properly offline?? Can someone... anyone! please help me :( Thx

I can answer the image question.

You are probably just using <img src="image.gif">, right? Well, since the page is on your computer and not the internet, it doesn't know where image.gif is. You need to direct link your images to make them show up, or upload your pages to the net.

Hope that helps. :)

For the images thing, check that you are linking properly and that your browser is not set to not-display images.

For the second thing, check your browser settings:
From the menu select Tools --> Internet Options

you should still be able to use src="image.gif" when viewing the page offline. as long as image.gif is in the same directory as the HTML file, it should still display properly. just make sure it is, and that you have the name and case correct.
