i'm trying to make a website, and i put in a section "about me." i tryed to put the info. in a table and when i view it, all of the "about me" info goes off to the left, and i can't get it to center correctly without the table overlapping the layout that i used. my website is http://www.feh.bravepages.com (click on "about me" to see my pathetic attempt at a table) i'm stupid, please help

I hope I can help you, but I'm not that great myself. First of all, don't call yourself stupid; self-esteem is important. YOU ARE NOT STUPID!!! Okay, once this is established we can move on. You want the table to be centered??? Try typing <center> and THEN all of your table code, then </center> You might have tried that already, and if you have I'm afraid I can't help you much. Have you checked Lissa's Table help thingy? I'll keep checking back. Youve probably already tried this, but it's the best I can think of at the moment. Hope this helps.

thanks, but i have it centered, i checked the code and i'm almost positive i centered it correctly....am i doing something really wrong?

where do you want the new text to appear?

over the current image of the character name and character person? or to the left of the navigation links? or elsewhere?

it was a good attempt on your part to try to insert a new table, but it seemed to go wrong somewhere.

just for reference, i made an example here that may work for you. if it works for your answer, feel free to use it and learn from the differences.

basically, the table now has 2 rows.
both rows have 2 cells.
top row first cell has the first image and hello paragraph.
top row second cell has second image.
bottom row first cell has your information.
bottom row second cell has your navigation area.
