can anyone help with three of my my xanga help?

1) can you make the profile and stuff on the left side appear on the right like in this site or that transparent fade in/out: http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=snuggleObuddy

2) or how to make the sites i read in alphabetical order like this: http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=ixriotgerlxi

3) or put a scrollbar on the Sites I Read list like in http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=anjelica

#3: you can add more stuff to the style tag using more css (u dont have to though).
