i want to change the headings by making them all capitalized and changing the color.

by headings i mean details, interests, general, music, movies, television, books, heroes, groups, status, orientation, religion, about me, extended network, blurbs, friends space, etc.

does anyone know how to do this?

Change that code to whatever settings you want. Put it into your about me, I guess that should work.
