hey guys. okay my cousin lives with me and he uses my family's computer. and he always downloads a lot stupid programs that take up WAY too much space. and my dad blames me for all of it. and so i need to figure out how to put a block on downloading programs? Just something that doens' tallow the user to download anything or maybe a special password or something. Thanks if you help....

If you have WinXP, your parents can create an "limited" account for cousin, which means, that s/he would need the administrator to install it. However, the administrator account needs to be password protected, otherwise the "limited" account feature would be pointless.
