U kno how when u save a picture on paint, and then u upload it onto something like geocities or whatever, how can I save it so that it doesnt have the huge white box around it the size of the bitmap? U kno what I mean?
are you referring to having part of the picture being "transparent"? if so, i am unsure that Paint is able to do that. you may want to invest in a much better image editor.

No I dont mean having it transparent cuz ur right i dont think paint can do that, but u kno how u have a doll and usually it has a white box around it? Thats fine, but what I have is the doll and then a white box that is like the size of the paint window. Check out what it looks like http://www.geocities.com/iceangel2724/mygraphics.html

ive had that problem b4 and i still want to make the background transparent w/ out the white box around it. with the bottom scroller scroll to the right and right before the side scroller (in the middle) u will c a very small square like a tab. put ur cursor on it and it will turn into a cursor w/ 2 arrows (on both sides). with the cursor like that u will be able to move it and make the white square smaller.
do the same for the bottom. w/ ur side scroller scroll down and right b4 the bottom scroller u will also c another tab. move it up to border your doll. a bit complicating but i hope it helped.
