"Transparent" as in invisible, or "transparent" as in partial opacity so it's there, but you can see through it?

This person (http://www.la-soldier.net/Graphics/Tutor/semiscroll.htm) seems to have figured out a way. It will affect the opacity of the content you're scrolling, though. Also, keep in mind that it will only display properly in Internet Explorer. Whether it will work for an iFrame or not, I honestly don't know. Try playing around with it.
