Ok im trying to do the frames. But it doesn't show up. I did everything it said and nothing showed up! what do i do? Can someone help me?

Okay whats the url? You have to be using a html editor to have frames. First what kind of frames are you using? If you are having a frame with only a left and a right side you have to make new pages in html editor and name them left.html and right.html. Put the frames code in your index.html page. In the frames code it will ask for your main page.html type in right.html if that is your main page. If you want a frame set with a right, top and left frame make 3 new pages and name them right.html left.html and top.html and put the frames code in the index. In the frames code it will ask for your main page.html type in right.html if thats your main page. When you are making your site and you are using text and images put them on your main page not your index. Because you have frames now and index is not your main page. Hope this helps.

i can't because it is in my administration only, thats why i was wondering if someone could register and help me. Perhaps if i view how it is done i can do it myself on future sites. Please someone register to help me.

I think you should ask on their main site (the message area) if they allow frames. Because from what I saw on the message board....Most people are just using tables.
