and when maximized, they fit perfectly in with the layout on my screen. Problem is, they dont fit on anyone else's.....anyone have any suggestions?

I think most of the problem has to do with the size of other peoples windows or their screen resolution possibly, because it ddin't fit right in mine until I maximized it.

but is there any way that i can assure that it fits on everyone's screen size???
