Okay I TOTALLY don't get frames! Do you have to like have more than one page or what??? PLEASE help me!

yes, you have one frameset page plus one page for each frame.

the frameset page is the one that the visitor goes to. it holds the frames together, if you will, and sets them up on the page. each frame on that page has another page that is displayed inside it.

the main thing about frames is the NAME and TARGET values. this controls how links react.
