Did you just want to create a regular text link on your page that points to an audio file so that someone can download it? Or did you want it to do something special? Or are you just looking for a URL that points to an audio file so you can use it on your website without uploading anything? I'm sorry, I don't really understand what it is that you're trying to do.

well to clarify on everything it is so i can have music playing in the background like as soon as the page loads but i do not want computer generated sounds so i need to find a place wehre i can upload and host the music so i can in turn hear it on my page i hope that clarifies it

Ah, so you need a host for your audio files. Unless you have storage space or bandwidth restrictions on your website's host, you should be able to upload your files there. If not, I did a quick Google search (http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=audio+file+host) and found the following list of remote file hosts: http://www.free-webhosts.com/free-file-hosting.php. I didn't look at any of them, so I'll leave verifying their validty to you. Try to keep copyright infringement issues in mind if you are playing music in the background of your site composed by persons other than yourself, though.

no problem thanks alot to all of you and yes of course i will keep copywrite infringement in mind my friend helps out a band and they are right in the middle of promoting by touring in stuff so i can use theres i just need to be able to get it up there lol but thanks for your concern!
