Does anyone have any idea how to make a Tagboard?

do you want one thats already hosted and you just edit it to make it look the way you want? or one you make completely on your own?

There are websites where you can get them, but the only ones Ive seen you have to pay for, and that's the only reason I don't have one!

not to sounds mean but tag board ^^^^s..i had one and its to large...anyway.. a fusion board is good and also a fusion news would be good for a site like i have..i dont have my fusion news up right now but anyway u need an ftp cuz you need to CHMOD the files..its a php file also.. but its a good shout box/tag board what ever there both the same
