According to wikipedia, the average speed of a bullet fired from a common handgun is about 300mtr/s, but i also read about others about 3times faster... Instinctivly he grabbed his toughbook and used it as a shield. One AK47 bullet hit the HDD and lodged in there. Although his data was permantly lost, the laptop worked fine after the hard drive was replaced. Only the display was broken, but he maneged to get a "new" display for free, because it was so old, that people throw them away... I have seen so many commercials for it, and I'm sort of tow-sided about it. The idea is nice but I just don't think theres a market for something like that.
