ONCE YOU DOWNLOAD A GRAPHICS PROGRAM, HOW DO YOU MAKE THE GRAPHICS & HOW DO YOU CODE IT?

What kind of graphics do you want to make? Layouts, buttons or just pictures?

Okay, what kind of layout do you want to make? Like divs, iframe, tables? And it also depends on your program...do you have PSP or PS? Or Gimp? :)

start with a new file: 800x600 (thats wut i usually start with lol) then if u want to add images to it lyk celebs u can use psds!
before u code ur images, u have to upload it first in lyk photobucket or imageshack. good luck with it! :D
