This isn't the Neoboards, you can edit your posts, and please don't double post. As for getting people to join your guild, well, the best thing you can do is advertise as much as you can on the Neoboards and just be patient. Also, it never hurts to rework or add/change things because something different might be the thing that attracts people to your guild. I hope this helps.
