Hi. Im new here and I was just wondering if someone could tell me step by step how to blend pictures. I am using Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0. I have read other tutorials on here, but I can't find some of the buttons that the tutorials say to use. Please help!!

i no how to blend, but i use a different version of ps. wut i do is:
1. open up a new file
2. paste ur images, somewhat overlapping each other
3. select the eraser tool
4. select soft brush (100 px)
5. start erasing away!!
