Ok im new so hi everyone!! But neways I have Paint Shop Pro 9 and I've been doin it for a while and im pretty good. But there's only one thing im not sure of doing.....outlining images. i tried this other tutorial and it didnt work. i've done it like 8 times. Im trying to get a picture to look like this:

Maybe this person just outlined it and has a really steady hand. [heheh]
I'm sorry I'm no help, I don't know. I remember seeing a tutorial for it, but I forgot where now. [ugh!!] Sorry! :crying:

she didnt outline it herself. She said to go to Selections> Select All and then to click on Freehand Selection and then to click onto the actual picture, but it didnt work for me. but thanks anyway :)

I would add a new layer, go back to the image layer and 'select all' then float the image then defloat.
Then with selection still there go to the new layer, expand your selection by however many pixels you require (and feather too if required) Then fill the selection with colour of your choice.
Now move the filled layer below the original image layer.
You could also add a further outline of a different colour by adding another new layer, and working on that new layer, expand and fill, with a different colour, as before before moving that layer to the bottom :)
