My HTML go-to-guy told me if I wanted to make a banner to fit to my website, I would make the banner the same pixel dimensions as a computer's screen resolution. But on PSP 9.01, I can't get the height or width resized without resizing the other, so I'm not able to copy the screen resolution. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You'll just have to settle to what's closest to it, I suppose. I can't think of any other solutions. Perhaps, if you have a solid background, you can just open up a new document with the background color the same as your image's and the size set to your resolution, then pasting the banner into it. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. :(

Even though I have PSP 8, i think i know what happened...If you set the thing to "square" it will automatically reset the other. just change that from square 2 something else. hope i've been helpful.
