I've never worked with ftp but i download a program at cyberduck.ch
I have a mac so that's ideal for this product.

BUT, i have no experience with ftp at all. i need to learn it cause i instend to get hosted by a site that works with no file manager, but only with ftp.
the one host i'll apply to want you to move onto the site in 7 days. not much time to get acquainted with ftp :(
so is there a way to practise ftp? i'm just confused about reading tutorials so theoretically...

It seems like something all new at first, but once you've done a couple files, it's as familiar as saving a file on your computer. It probably won't take the whole seven days to get acclimated with it. Just follow the tutorial harmor gave you.
