hi, I haven'tbeen here in god's know how long and I had a question. I need to know if there are any sites that offer how to creat a web layout. I don't have a problem with the coding just making a nice clean image, like this:

What graphic program are you using?

Regardless of which one, play with the tools alot. Just make random images from scratch or from pictures. Try things that you wouldn't consider conventional. You'll learn a lot.
