I use the paypal cart, so it is pretty easy, but is there a way to add aitem quantity counter? Like if I have 4 items and someone buys one, is there a way to make it automatically subtract to 3?

It doesn't look to me like you can add a counter. You would need a different software program for that. If you've seen another paypal store with that feature, send the person an email and ask how they did it ;)
