How do you put a picture frame around your webpage? I mean like a real looking picture frame like they did here:

If anyone can help me with this, I'd truly, truly appreciate it!

Thanks so much,
Beth:)

If you made an entire background with the "frame" surrounding the background, you could likely use that as a background on the page...</first thing that comes to mind>

How do you make an entire backgound?

You need an image or images of the "picture frame" you would want to use first. Then you can do it by adding it into either a background image with set size, or you could do it in multiple images stretching the side, top, and bottom in between four corner images to make it how you would like. The single image background would be much simpler depending on how and what you are shooting for.

To make an entire background depends on what and how you want it to look. Easiest is to pick out any number of possible designs that are in a fixed size and the background will be repeated (like your example site's pin stripes). If you want to use something like the "picture frame" you have to have an image to set to whatever size you want it at for the background (i.e. make a small pic of a picture frame width=765 height=500). Other than that you can use any software for editing graphics to copy, cut, paste anything into a single image and then use it for a background after uploading it to the web folder you use.

I am still confused. How do I get my website inside the picture frame? Are there any code examples on the web?

Thanks again,

What I would do instead is make a table, and specify cells where the border would go, and insert the image as a background in those cells. I'll draw it up for you if you want a visual. :)

Oh yes! That would be so wonderful of you! I've been trying to figure it out for weeks.

Thanks so much!!

Alright here we go! Sorry I took so long, I ended up making a bit of a tutorial out of the thing. I just wanted to make sure it was easy to understand, and that it actually worked.
