when you make your webpage smaller on screen how do you keep the same outlay without it collapsing into itself?

When you set the width of your tables and cells, use pixels instead of percent. this will hold you table and cells firm without collapsing. also other hints with text size, if you want your text size to be constant, use "12px" insted of "(3) 12pt'. using this method, no matter what size people are using to view your web page, you web page layout will not fall apart.
