How do you get music onto your webpage? What is a midi file and how do you get them?

Having music on your page isnt really a good thing because you cant play high quality music as people on low bandwidth connections will take forever to download them. a midi file is a low quality music file, they sound BAD but if u dont mind then use it. They can be found anywhere they end in .mid
