is there any way to change the opacity of a scrollbar with html code? if there is then would anyone please let me know?

I think the only place you can make scrollbars that way are on inline frames..I could be wrong though. If you just have a background color where your scrollbars are and not a picture try finding the color code and make the scrollbar colors a few shades lighter or something other than that I don't know.
