can backgrounds and moving cursors and such be put on the site www.hi5.com? ive tried some of the codes but nothing is working for me.. I wanted the bubbles and moving fish but im new and i have nooo clue what the codes mean.

I can't tell because you have to sign up for that site to see any rules or anything. They probably have a faq section or something that tells you if you can use javascript!
