i went on google and type in neopets+money one ad came up saying make millions now i want to ask how do you do this cheat?

IThey probably didn't mean neopoints, they more-than-likely meant real money. If you want to look ip up, you should probably try "Neopets neopoints" or somethin like that

It's fake you shouldn't do scams.

There is no way to "Make Neopoints Fast". The only ways to make NP is to play games and restock... and also if you get a rare win on something, like finding 200np on the ground, or winning on the one of the Wheels.
Anyone who says that they can get you NP fast is trying to scam you. If it's a website, it may have a cookie grabber. If it asks you for your username and password... well, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you're smart enought to never ever state your password.

I dont think there are any "cheats" to get neopoints on neopets...There are tips though:

~Do spins every day (tombola, fruit machine, ect.)
~Play games!
~Buy items that are underpriced, and resell them.
~DONT FALL FOR SCAMS ON NEOPETS!! This will help you save your neopoints and items. Never ever give out your password to anybody!!!!!!!

Sometimes there are ways to get a lot of money, there are some to make 10K a day, sometimes more... You may find them in tips sections from sites that relate to Neopets. Oh and NEVER EVER give out your password, my friend lost lots and lots of money because of it... I told her not to believe the message until I cleared it... she most likely didn't listen.
