thanks... but i want to use it for my xanga and so i can't upload files...so do you knoe what the html is for the whole thing.... im sorry its kind of hard to explain...

It's not html... it's javascript. You could just use a lighter colour for your hover, or just copy and paste fade.js into your xanga (instead of uploading and linking).
