Is it possible to make fonts? or do you have to download them? (i use adobe photoshop)

Installing any font on your computer will make it work in Photoshop. You can get fonts on:

Yes, it is possible to make your own fonts, just not with Photoshop. Some of the software is fairly cheap. If you want to check it out Google for "font making software"

I've made my own fonts yippee (see my website, link in profile). I use a program called FontMonger. I don't think it's sold or distributed any more though, i got it ages ago from a family friend who had got it ages ago. You have to mark each point for each letter, it's a lot of work
