Does anyone know how to make glitter graphics on adobe photoshop??

Are glitter graphics those things with little sparkles everywhere? If they are animated, they can't be done with Adobe Photoshop.

Yeah i think its animated gifs you are looking for, youll need two things, photoshop to make the image and its layers etc then jump to image ready and from there you can do the animations
