To make your pictures move (like a blinkie) you need a special animation program. I highly suggest getting a trial version of Animation Shop. That program will make your pictures move.

To make a drag and drop (where you move different pictures to form a graphic) you need a special script. You can search that script on google and just search for drag and drop tutorial. It will tell you how to set it up and everything.
