I'm trying to put a picture on the backround of my blog but, I can't figure out how. It say to paste a URL in the backround settings. What does that mean and how do I do it. I want this picture but I can't figure out how to put it in? Please help!

Look for a link when editing your blog that says "Customize Blog"

I don't get how to put a picture in the backround image field. It says I need a web address? how do you get one?

you need to upload it to a host such as http://photobucket.com

or you can always use google and look for an image if you dont already have one in mind ;)
