how can i make an iframe with a repeating image that is 8 x 16 pixels as the vertical border and the same image rotated, but saved as a different file, as the horizontal border.

i hope that made sense

the only way i could think of doing that is make an image the same size as your iframe, and put the images how you want on that image, save it and put that one big image as the iframe background. Sorry I couldn't help more :( what your suggesting is two different backgrounds which I don't think can be done :S

You could use tables as well, with your border around the outside and iframe in the middle....

that didnt work... i could set is as the background for every page but a have very many so that would be VERY annoying. is there any way i could make the iframe have a default background image so that it would stay there for every page?
