I have recently built my first site with HTML and im changing the whole layout..(mainly colors and header text) and I have a layout that has two frames (left frame is Menu, middle frame is Content) and I was to have a folding menu on my Backgrounds link in my Menu. So when you click on Backgrounds then right below it a list comes up and says Background 01, Background 01 ect..and I would like to target those to my middle content, which I know how to do. I think you want to name your frames. on your index page add name="left_frame" or whatever in the menu frame and also name the "content" frame. Then, when you are editing your menu after every link add target="content_frame" or whatever you name it. I think that will work. :)
