is there a code that only shows one comment at a time?

i dont think there is a code like that, it sounds like something that would need to be java though but im not sure, but ive never seen anything like that.. can you show us an example if youve seen it somewhere?

i have been looking for code similar to this. similar to livejournal, i believe there has to be an override, which will allow the user to show only a variable amount of comments on his/her page. i, for example, want 10 comments shown at a time...it has to be out there, i'll keep searching and if i come across anything i'll post it.
