The little info box thing won't seem to stay put where I want it to.... if you make the page smaller it moves off the spot. So does anyone kno the code on how to position it? To see what I mean my username is animetiger274.

I really think this is unfixable, it is just the way they browser puts it when made smaller, most people have it maximized anyway ;)
