ok i will try my best to explain this.

I have a layout and it has an iframe in the middle and a little on the side. The middle frame, i put something like this..

facts
surveys
questions
favorites


something like that then i want those 3 to be links and when you click on it, it should open a new page [not a new window] inside my iframe. I hope you got what i mean I want to post here my page but it's totally mess right now. If somebody would help me i will show it to you just email or pm me.
